    The ASCCP management guidelines offer evidence-based, best practice recommendations for the management of cervical dysplasia. While they are seemingly comprehensive in their scope, clinicians may find themselves with patients who do not fit neatly into a particular algorithm. In this presentation, we will present several cases and how clinical assessment and understanding of risk stratification can aid in determining appropriate next steps in management.
