    A 21 year- old G1P0010 presents for a gynecologic exam. The patient has no current complaints and has normal menses. Her first cervical cancer screening is planned today. Patient reports 3 sexual partners in the last 6 months and denies use of contraception. She has a BMI of 19.1. The gynecologic exam is normal except for a scant yellow-white cervical discharge. Cervical cytology and STD testing are obtained. STD testing is positive for chlamydia.

    A 32-year-old G4P4 presents with a cervical cytology result of HSIL. High risk-HPV testing was positive for non-16/18 subtypes. She has had regular cervical cancer screening and denies history of any abnormalities. Patient is referred for colposcopy. There are no atypical vessels on green filter examination. Colposcopy is performed after application of 3-5% acetic acid.

    A 64 year-old G0 postmenopausal woman presents to the office of her new PCP for follow-up after recently moving to the area. She does not have her records. She relates a history of regular and negative cervical cancer screening until she had her first cotest 2 years ago indicating HPV positive, cytology negative results.

    A 25- year-old G1P0010 presents for a gynecologic exam. Her LMP was 1 week ago, and she does not use contraception. The patient has no current complaints and denies abnormal uterine bleeding. She has never had cervical cancer screening and is unsure if she received the HPV vaccine. She reports 3 sexual partners in the last 6 months. Her BMI is 19.1. The gynecologic exam is normal except for a scant yellow-white cervical discharge.

    29 year-old G3P0020 at 15 weeks 5 days gestation presents to your office for further discussion and management of recent cervical cancer screening results showing Atypical Squamous Cells – Cannot Exclude High Grade Squamous Intraepithelial Lesion (ASC-H). Review of her records indicates adequate screening with no history of abnormal cervical cancer screening. Her pregnancy has otherwise been uncomplicated.

She is using an IUD for contraception. Cervical cotesting performed this day reveals unsatisfactory cytology and a positive HPV test.

    A 32 year old G1P1001 has her first co-test, which returns as cytology negative/HPV-positive. Your practice utilizes HPV genotyping for triage management, and it returns as HPV-16 positive. There are no records available of her prior screening.

    A 35-year-old G2P2002 presents for a routine gynecologic exam. She has regular menses and her last period was 2 weeks prior to the visit. She is using OCPs for contraception. Her last cervical cancer screening was 5 years ago. Cotesting was negative at that time. She denies previous abnormalities. Cervical cancer screening is performed at this visit. Cytology returns as high grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (HSIL). HPV testing is positive for type 16.

    A 36-year-old G4P4 presents for routine cervical cancer screening which has always been normal. Cervical cotesting at age 31 was negative. She is using condoms for contraception. In addition, her husband underwent vasectomy 4 months ago and azoospermia was confirmed. HPV-based testing returns as HPV-16 positive ASC-US.

She and her male partner have been in a monogamous relationship for three years and have been trying to conceive for the last 10 months. In the past, the patient used oral contraceptive pills to avoid pregnancy. She has not had a pelvic exam for many years,,,
