    Although cervical glandular lesions are less common than squamous cell abnormalities, they are increasing in incidence.  Glandular lesions present diagnostic challenges for both the clinician and pathologist.  In this session, we will review the epidemiology of glandular cell lesions, appropriate workup, and present some tips and tricks for diagnosing these lesions.
