FAQs for the Virtual meeting
Thank you for your patience as the ASCCP Board, staff, and faculty work to bring you the 2020 conference in this new and exciting way. Here are answers to the most frequently asked questions regarding the upcoming meeting:
What does "Virtual Conference" and "On Demand" mean?
The full meeting and pre-courses are being recorded and will be available to access whenever you are able (on-demand). They will be available via the meeting website for a full (6) months, from April 2 through Oct 2. (Note: pre-courses require separate registration).
Explain the two "live" plenary sessions on April 2nd. What if I'm unavailable to tune in that day?
Two sessions, Plenary 4 and 5 on the Risk Based Management Consensus Guidelines, will be held live, webinar-style. Plenary 4 is at 10:30am Eastern. Plenary 5 is at 1:30pm Eastern. These will also be recorded and added to the on-demand sessions, so you do not need to attend live to receive this material.
How to I participate in Q&A with the Faculty? How do I network with other attendees?
Once registered, you will be given information to access the Meeting Listserv, which will allow you to ask questions and connect with colleagues.
What credits can I claim?
It is confirmed that we will be offering ACCME CME and NPWH CE credits. You will be able to complete the evaluation, claim your credits, and receive your certificate of completion, all online through our education portal. The exact number of credits will be determined once we have received all recordings.
Are you still accepting registrations?
Yes, register now!
Are the new ASCCP Risk Based Management Consensus Guidelines being delayed?
No. The guidelines will be published in the Journal of Lower Genital Tract Disease on April 2, 2020. Thank you to all of the members of the Working Groups who worked tirelessly to make this happen. Register for the conference to learn more about the new guidelines through the live Plenary 4 and Plenary 5 sessions on April 2nd, or watch the recordings of these sessions at your convenience.
