SPECIAL CONCERNS IN PREGNANT WOMEN:
In general, treatment of VIN 3 in pregnancy is deferred until completion of the pregnancy. In some cases, regression of such lesions will occur. Vulvar cancer in the setting of pregnancy again should be left to the services of a gynecologic oncologist.
