Instructions for Obtaining Continuing Medical Education Credit
To complete this program successfully and receive credit and a certificate of completion, participants must follow these steps:

• Complete the short pre-lecture survey;
• Read the educational objectives provided in the course summary;
• Review and complete each of the lecture modules (1 CME credit hours per course); and,
• Read, complete, and submit the CME post-test and program evaluation form provided at the conclusion of each lecture.

To earn your CME Category 1 credits, you must complete and submit the program evaluation form and CME post-test provided at the conclusion of each lecture.

Note: The database will not submit your CME request to ASCCP until you have fully completed and submitted the post-tests and evaluation forms.
