A 35 year-old G2P2002 presents for a routine gynecologic exam. She reports no routine gynecologic care in the last several years. She is uncertain of the date of her last menstrual period and has been sexually active without using contraception. As a part of her care, cervical cancer screening is performed. Cytology returns as high grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (HSIL).
