Welcome to the ASCCP 2010 Biennial Abstract submission pages

NOTE: In order for your submission to be forwarded to the Program Committee for adjudication, it must be submitted online in accordance with our guidelines and all materials must be received by 5 pm Eastern Standard Time on December 15, 2009. Disclosure of Conflict of Interest Forms must be completed and faxed or forwarded for all authors at the time your abstract is submitted. Until all the required forms are received, the abstract will not be sent to the Program Committee.

Chosen presenters will be notified in mid-January. Biennial early registration will close in mid-February.

	I guarantee this work represents original research of which I was the primary investigator. The work has not been, nor will be, published prior to March 1, 2010.
	I acknowledge and agree that my paper may be reproduced in CD, paper, or jump drive format (all formats will be locked).
To be considered for presentation, your abstract submission must be accompanied by a Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest form for each author and the submission form for the Journal of Lower Genital Tract Disease. All abstracts accepted for the 2010 Biennial meeting will be published throughout the following year in the Journal of Lower Genital Tract Disease. The submitting abstract author is responsible for collecting and reporting all possible conflicts of interest for all authors of the abstract and permission for publication from them as well. Because these forms require dates and signatures they should be faxed to the ASCCP at 301-733-5775. If you have electronic signatures available please forward them to: apowell@asccp.org.
