To be accepted, your abstract submission must be accompanied by a Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest form and the submission form for the Journal of Lower Genital Tract Disease. All abstracts accepted for the 2008 Biennial meeting will be published throughout the following year in the Journal of Lower Genital Tract Disease. The submitting abstract author is responsible for collecting and reporting all possible conflicts of interest for all authors of the abstract and permission for publication from them as well. Because these forms require signatures they should be faxed to the ASCCP at 301-733-5775. If you have electronic signature available please forward them to: abass@asccp.org.
