VIN Special Concerns in Pregnant Women

In general, treatment of VIN in pregnancy is deferred until completion of the pregnancy. In some cases, regression of such lesions will occur. Vulvar cancer in the setting of pregnancy should be left to the services of a gynecologic oncologist.
