The Vulvodynia Guideline and the Vulvodynia Basics Resource

In 2005, the ASCCP produced and published the first international guideline on vulvodynia (Haefner HH, Collins ME, Davis GD et al.  The Vulvodynia Guideline. J Lower Genital Tract Dis 2005;9(1):40-51).  ASCCP then co-authored an adapted version of the guideline with the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) to serve as an ACOG Committee Opinion (ACOG Committee on Gynecologic Practice.  ACOG Committee Opinion No. 345: Vulvodynia.  Obstet Gynecol 2006;108:1049-52.).  To access the Vulvodynia Guideline click here.

In addition, in 2008, ASCCP created the Vulvodynia "The Basics" worksheet as an educational resource.
