The Consensus Conference will be held March 13 and 14, 2012 at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco at 5 Embarcadero Center, in San Francisco, California. The meeting will run from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm Tuesday and from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm on Wednesday.
