Instructions for Participating and Obtaining Continuing Medical Education Credit
To complete this program successfully and receive credit and a certificate of completion, participants must follow these steps:
- Read the educational objectives provided on the course's summary page;
- Complete the activity's short pre-test (non-graded) ;
- Review and complete each of the lecture modules (1 CME credit hour per course); and,
- Read, complete, and submit the CME post-test and program evaluation form provided at the conclusion of each lecture.
To earn your CME Category 1 credits, you must complete and submit the program evaluation form and CME post-test provided at the conclusion of each lecture. Successful completion of a given activity's post-test requires a minimum 70% passing score.
Note: The database will not submit your CME request to ASCCP until you have fully completed and submitted the post-test and evaluation form.
